Telcom Fiber Inc. is a wholly owned
subsidiary of Total Telcom Inc., which owns and operates our existing 751
kilometer fiber optic cable network between Edmonton, Alberta and Fort St.
John, British Columbia. Total Telcom Fiber Inc. will also own and operate
any additional network infrastructure we build in the future. The
company offers its customers a variety of network related services to

towns, cities and communities located along our fiber optic cable
corridors;

towns, cities and communities located along our fiber optic cable
corridors;

Bandwidth capacity for
businesses, industry, institutions and government facilities located
throughout North America;

Direct cable or wireless
interface to our networks for local ISP’s, businesses and industry;

Internet Bandwidth;

Co-location space for
Carriers and ISP’s in our Point of Presence (POP) facilities
situated along our fiber optic cable corridors;

Upstream Internet bandwidth
for local ISP’s and medium to large size industry;

Access to off-site data storage for small
to large businesses, institutions and government agencies.
